We have been engaged by a New South Wales State-Wide Health Service Provider to develop a COVID-19 Application to aid Hospital Management in managing the front line workforce, patients and inventory levels of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Updated frequently, these three areas combined give a really good insight into the current health care environment.
With multiple use case scenarios, one way this application is being used, is to allow end users to identify the inventory levels of PPE by location, with this information, you are able to relocate the PPE to the front line workforce caring for patients that have COVID-19 symptoms, at other locations.
This insight alone saves time from calling various locations to determine stock levels. This application also provides workforce managers with the ability to see staffing absent levels across their state health service, to then aid with staff movements to locations where needed.
